Stars Over Texas proudly presents our 2009 season.  This is our third year and we have exciting news. In addition to our three showcase events, we will host two Future Stars Over Texas tournaments for the younger age groups.  We will also host the Independent Fastpitch Association (IFA) Sectional Tournament, this is a Texas-Louisiana bi-state event for all age groups. Stars Over Texas is growing, so look for announcements of tournaments in other parts of Texas and Louisiana.

Stars Over Texas Showcase Events: 
All of our showcases will be played at Ford Park, so entries will be limited.  Be sure to get your entries and entry fees in early, so don't miss out on these showcases. We will continue to award our scholarships, two for the Summer and two for the Fall.

Summer Showcase and Camp:  June 12-14 (96 Teams)
Fall Showcase:  October 9-11 (76 Teams)
Winter Showcase:  November 13-15 (76 Teams)

Future Stars Over Texas Tournaments:
We will offer three age groups, 10U, 12U and 14U. The first 24 teams entered and paid in each age group will be accepted.  These tournaments will be competitive with teams from Texas, Louisiana and the surrounding states.  Great prize packages will also be awarded for these two tournaments.

Future Stars Over Texas Spring:  May 2nd & 3rd (72 Teams)
Future Stars Over Texas Fall:       October 2-4 (72 Teams)

Independent Fastpitch Association (IFA) Sectional Tournament:  This tournament is a National qualifier for age groups 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U. Teams from Texas and Louisiana are invited to participate. The 16U and 18U National Tournament will be held in Beaumont, TX. The 10U, 12U, and 14U National Tournament will be held in New Orleans, LA.

IFA Sectional Tournament:  July 11-12 (120 Teams)
