When making reservations, you MUST state what tournament you are with so that you will get the special rate!  We would appreciate everyone that needs hotel rooms to patronize the hotels listed.  We have worked very hard and very close with each of these hotels and have negotiated rates for these tournaments.  These hotels have been very cooperative and are excited to welcome these teams to Beaumont.  If these hotels are used, we have a better chance of negotiating better rates in the future.

When you call, regardless of which tournament you are in, you need to ask for the Stars Over Texas Softball block of rooms. Just give the hotel the dates, tournament specific.  This hotel will honor the tournament rate and keep the blocked off rooms until 2 weeks prior to the tournament date.
